Working with clients, developers, city planners and homeowners, NEXTects has skillfully master planned many communities. This includes creating theme concepts for future development, designing and/or improving existing guidelines within established neighborhoods, writing development guidelines and assisting with management control of residential and commercial developments. Our responsibilities also cover individual and community meetings and preparation and review of design plans, which can vary from individual yard landscaping to complete sub-divisions. NEXTects provides field reviews and observation of new improvements and construction activities, preparation and revision of new and existing Architectural or Landscape Guidelines, and control and enforcement of community standards.
